  23. And so they should. They are fighting for their very existence with vastly fewer resources, and what resources they have being restricted by one political party in the US. They should use whatever tactics they deem fit to win the war.

  24. A pretty select number of officials, are saying this. It’s not a majority of officials, and certainly not a majority of US citizenry. Titles and news systems like this are framed in a way to inflame people to get more clicks, and more views. This article is a huge nothing sandwich aimed and increasing friction.

    So its kind of a stalemate – both do it, both refuse to stop doimg it unless the other side stops first

  31. The real info burried in the text again. As has been the case for a while there is no sign the US government formally tried to stop Ukraine from doing this. Just that some unnamed actors within the government are unhappy with this strategy. This is normal and of little consequence as a whole. The pressing issue is congress and the Republican‘s refusal to govern.

  34. I’d ignore US warnings as well… “risk driving up the price of crude…” I don’t think they’d give a f. about the price of crude in the scope of hurting Russia.
