Meanwhile, Susan Hall promises to crack down on woke pedestrian crossings or something.
Superloop 2: Electric Boogaloo
We need an election megathread
Sorry, it’s time for someone else to fix London, he had his chances and failed badly.
We should have an election every year. We would all be paid £ 1,000 per week and have a personal masseur by now.
“Oh yeah? Well I’ll do a Superloop 3!” – Binface, probably.
The one from Hendon to Ealing Broadway and a couple on the south circular road will take ages to get anywhere even with fewer stops though.
Express buses without significant road layout changes to give buses dedicated rights of way are not/will not be effective in almost all of London, unfortunately. I get that this is just an attempt to do what it’s possible for the mayor to do with the powers and funding they’ve got, but I wouldn’t have big expectations.
More lies.
More buses feels like a punishment.
He’s the least useless option of them all. Better than Susan Hall but still an awful politician, pandering to his PR agencies and his city consultants.
Any post on him has a routine number of immediate downvotes to anything negative about him. If only he’d care less about PR ahead of an election and more about targeting crime, improving transport, improving education and bringing back community services within London.
Wow what an amazing promise
What’s with the “if re-elected” crap? Do it today. It’s your job. Don’t hold back your mayor duties to use them as a bargaining chip in an election.
