I find biscuits don’t go off that quickly as long as they are well kept.
“Best before” is just marketing.
“Eat by” is for food safety.
Those bad boys have such a concentration of sugar in them that they will be ok until next decade
Never mind the biscuit, robins are one of my favourite types of bird to see in a garden.
Shortbread is dangerous for me, I can sit and eat a whole box no problem with a cup of tea.
It’s best before so you’re probably fine , the difference between use by and best before
Just to say, I know the difference between use by and best before – it was just something that made me chortle this morning.
‘Best before’ is only a suggestion anyway, a bit like ‘dry clean only’, or ‘keep out.’
