I was expecting more than 12 to be fair.
That is more than the Liberal Democrats have seats though so they do form the 4th largest party. They’ll need 37 moreto pip the SNP which would be quite the achievement but out of reach I reckon
Come on everyone, sing together now:
Neverrrr Endingggg Storrrrr eeeeeeee
[This spreadsheet ](https://tompride.wordpress.com/2017/10/31/the-unredacted-spreadsheet-of-40-tory-mps-accused-of-inappropriate-sexual-behaviour/) is looking more and more credible. I wonder if all this is an open secret in the Westminster bubble, and the press will be “breaking” one a fortnight until the election?
I recall reading Chris Bryant’s book Code of Conduct this year after I got it for my birthday, and it really is shocking just how bad standards in public office are. This Parliament has been particularly bad.
Rory Stewart – “asked female researcher to do odd things” – I’m wondering if, whatever they were, he just thought they were normal.
A bunch of newly elected MPs joining the government unexpectedly at a point where standards in public life were in the gutter (they joined a party with BoJo at the helm after all).
Not exactly surprising, but it is very very disappointing.
