Context: I have already paid my dues with another contribution number that they assigned me since previous year I was here. Then something strange I noticed that this month and previous month I got a letter with a new contribution number saying I owe them this amount. I am extremely shocked and a bit scared since I thought the previous one was scame due to a different contributes number. What should I do? I recieved this on 16th of April, Can I still object to this letter ?

How about telling them that you’ve already paid, tell them the contribution number, stopping ignoring letters and getting on touch with them?
I know this is a radical idea here, but hear me out: You could contact them and try to sort it out with them directly.
