This is a bald faced lie. Hospitals are doing fine, and the govt. is saying there’s going to be some restrictions removed.
Just as a note on the source, for context. FEE (Foundation for Economic Education) is a right-libertarian organization that’s been around in the US for a long time. It favors drastically shrinking the size and role of government from where it is today.
