  12. Inb4 morons that want Ukraine to accept this “Peace treaty” because it totally sounds reasonable… while ignoring how some conditions are basically cultural genocide.

    Russia has no intention to let Ukraine be Ukraine. They will assimilate it, remove all Ukrainian culture, language and deport the undesirable population to Siberia if left unchallenged.

  14. I promise you, and I’d be willing to bet money on it, that if Russia gets Ukraine they won’t stop there.

    I’m also willing to bet money that “the West” will 100% absolutely have to deal with Russia one way or the other. At this stage of the game, Ukraine is doing all the heavy lifting; all “the West” has to do is send money and weapons (and maybe sneak a bunch of intel data to the Ukrainians about Russian troop movements, etc.)

    Just ask yourself if you want your country’s young men fighting Russia, because if you fuck around and let Ukraine lose, your young men WILL, 100% GUARANTEED, be fighting Russia sooner or later.

    Crush those motherfuckers now, no matter how much it costs (even TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS) and no matter how much time it takes, if you don’t want Russia and China getting any big(ger) ideas that you damned sure don’t want to have to deal with—but would have to.

Not only are many of these demands “acknowledge our lies about you” and “accept worse peace conditions than in 1991 which we violated anyway” but there’s absolutely zero negatives for Russia in this. They aren’t even willing to give up anything for “peace”, it’s just “let us win and you to lose everything”.

    Shit like this is why the war won’t get a peaceful end unless someone kills Putin and he’s replaced in the power vacuum by someone at least with an ounce of reason and humanity.
