Not any more, when you have only Tories that have a chance of winning the election. Just because you have a choice, doesn’t mean it’s a democracy, ie the Tories have done everything that wanted, knowing that they wouldn’t be re elected, but if Jeremy Corbyn had been leader of the Labour Party, they wouldn’t be doing what they have been, because of fear of Corbyn winning the election, but because Starmer is a Tory, the Tories done what they like, because they know that another Tory will become PM. So they make it seem like a democracy, because you have a choice, but in reality, you don’t have a choice, because no party in representing the working class, which is what labour should be doing.
I don’t understand how it isn’t a democracy? People really will do anything for a video title. Of course Britain is a democracy. It’s not a perfect one, no country is. It’s a democracy that can be more democratic but it’s still a democracy. Also remember there is such thing as too democratic.
