1. Still up from Friday wondering if it’s finally my rock bottom moment

2. Just woke up thinking it was a bit chilly and I beat out the heating on. It’s bastard 1°C outside. It’s nearly May! Don’t think I’ll bother playing golf today.

3. Up early to enjoy the peace and quiet in that moment before everyone starts to get up. Got a cuppa and some porridge. Bliss!

   Later setting up a habitat for our new Tortoise who should arrive Monday. Kids and wife are beyond excited.

4. Had a mental health day yesterday as I’m a broken at the moment. I’m never usually off, so not up to speed with sickness procedures. Didn’t book fit for work correctly, so got another day off today, which is a bonus. So I’m going back to bed and will attack the day at a more reasonable time.

5. Thank you for the photo of the bluebells! I’m in NZ and I miss seeing them. There’s nothing like a British woodland with a carpet of bluebells.
