   But I’m sure everything was 100% above board down the bridge during that time.

   Right?

3. No because every case is different and relative.

   18 points guarantees relegation for half the teams in the prem so it should be reserved for something egregious.

4. An 18 point deduction would put Chelsea 4 points above the relegation zone. Interesting.

5. What would Chelsea get a points deduction for?

6. They are at -1 points. Has their ever been a team to finish with a lower point total?
