Relocation expenses due to new job

Hi all,

I have moved to Norway this year and additionally move in to a new house during mid-year. All this happened because I found a job in Norway.

In Germany, I basically can declare many things for the move (packaging, move company, flights etc. p.p.)

I have not done any kind of tax declaration in Norway yet, but I found on Skatteetaten this article:

Can anyone explain to me how this will work? Or would it be best to reach out to Skatteetaten?
