  15. The post seems to think that opposing Ukraine aid is motivated by supporting Putin. That is not the case for many.

    Can’t speak for each of the congresspersons, but for many – and for many regular people – it’s like this:

    *Putin blows. Russia blows. But $90 billion dollars for Ukraine and Israel, and $0 to secure our own southern border, is not okay. $90 billion more dollars (to add to the couple hundred billion already) when we owe $36 trillion is not okay.*

    That is what it is about: America first.
