Watching London Marathon and spotted this near Southbank I think? I can’t figure it out. Looks like the tubes are blocked so not accessible (rightly so – looks dangerous) but there are benches around so seems like a park.

This is an art installation atop Temple tube station.
It’s the Artists Garden near temple tube station. It’s just an art installation and it’s accessible, you can just walk in and look at it.
