I was crossing the street yesterday at a regular crosswalk (no traffic light) and the car that was coming did not stop, I had to quickly take a step back onto the sidewalk or I would have been run over. I have the car’s license plate and could identify the driver if needed. I also have a witness.
I looked on the [polis website](https://polisen.se/kontakt/om-webbplatsen/teckenspraksfilmer/gor-en-anmalan/), but could not find where to report since there was no damage.
Any help appreciated!
Update: I called 1141, and reported it, the policeman was very friendly and grateful I had all the information required and a witness. Hopefully the man driving the car was the owner, then it should be easy to figure out who it was and then it will be sent to a prosecutor.

You could always call 11414.
You could always call 11414 and talk to the police.
You can by calling 11414. I doubt they will do anything though.
Police reports are made at the police station, to an officer in the streets, by phone, by mail or by email.
Some exceptions are made where there is an option to report certain incidents (loss, some thefts and fraud) but things like traffic incidents cannot be reported online.
However, unless you could identify the driver in a photo lineup and there are independent witnesses to the incident nothing will come of this.

Yes you can report it. But nothing will come of it. But hey, if it makes you feel better go for it.
Yes but it is extremely unlikely the police will do anything. There are youtube channels like ”bike stockholm” that has video footage of lots of drivers doing illegal things, but the police doesnt do anything, unfortunately,
