16. SPb, Russia – it was a blizzard this friday, and a snow melted just today. it’s not extreme for us, but i would not call it summer)) on this map the warmest place is Kazakhstan

20. Yep, +31C here today and looks like it won’t be colder than +25 for the rest of the month. Pretty weird for ex-Stalingrad which was kinda historically known for harsh weather.
