That is the definition of the absence of nature. A bland monoculture for the benifit of humans.
Why are some people here such miserable pricks? The photo doesn’t do all the slopes in the grass justice nor does it for the insects and webs in the grass and flowers. You all must be real rays of sunshine. These fields have been generationally cultivated for 300 years, did you expect there to be tropical rainforests?
I mostly agree with everyone here in the sense that farmland isn’t natural, so legitimately there is not much nature here. but ascetically it is very nice, and can co-exist with regions of legitimate nature watch would complement each other; actual forests and meadows that we used to have all over. the problem is we don’t have these things, but hopefully someday we will.

I normally hate the person I’m going to be, but I think I have to as the environmentalist in me is screaming.
Thats agriculture, not nature. Yes there is more than one species of grass on the field but green agricultural desert and ecological dead zone known as coniferous plantations aren’t nature at all. Theres the odd bit of wildlife but its because they are forced to live in it.
If you want to see nature, go to a national park. You’ll be astounded.
