Just to clarify for everyone, This was no Cloud seeding. STOP BLAMING THE UAE GOVERNMENT FOR BAD, DRAINAGE.
1. UAE has never did experience heavy rains, they only experience, intense heat and Humidity during the summer. No rains does ever occur everyday, Unlike in the south Asian countries.
2. UAE can upgrade it's drainage system. but it will take time since previous Systems has been already built and it's not easy to just rip the ground open for the drainage system.
3. Cloud seeding being it man-made, Doesn't make storms. It only produces the lightest rains. just enough to Cool down the intense heat here in UAE.
