There should be very few reasons not to deport people like this. And if its not possible then they should be treated as if they have been released on license from a life sentence, so if conditions change they can be deported.
If the government is too incompetent to send this scum bag back to his own country of origin, how on earth do they think they will be able to send anyone to Rwanda.
Do you know what harms my mental health? The fact that the feelings of dozens of rapists are prioritised over women and girls’ safety, but I guess the UK government doesn’t care about that.

Imagine if you had a British migrant (who had arrived illegally in the back of a lorry into the docks at Tokyo) who had raped a Japanese teenage girl, and who managed to obfuscate and game their legal system to stay indefinitely. If we’re unable to deport literal child rapists then it’s safe to say law is broken. I don’t buy that anyone involved in this case actually believed his excuses.
This is a reminder that just because someone has done something awful, it doesn’t mean you get to suspend their human rights because of it.
Also, the reason of mental health seems a real stretch and a slight massaging of the truth when the doctor said this:
