This past month we’ve delivered 1500 Teddy Bears to Ukrainian children who are suffering the traumas of war in frontline areas, orphanages & shelters. A teddy that they can love and cherish, that makes them feel loved, is often the only thing that they have to call their own.
The Teddy Trust reaches out to help children across the world who have experienced the horrors of war, are living in extreme poverty or have suffered horrendous abuse and they asked us to distribute 1500 Teddy Bears to children in Ukraine.
A group of former British soldiers drove from Herefordshire to Ukraine to deliver combat medical training – with a van full of Bears, and handed them over to us in Lviv
From Lviv, we’ve delivered all 1500 Teddy Bears to kids in orphanages & shelters, as well as to often overlooked remote frontline communities and individual families isolated & removed from humanitarian aid centres & hubs.
Our mission is always to bring a little light, love & hope – whether a trauma healing session, our veterans rehab program, children’s yoga / art therapy classes or, with a little cuddly toy. Thank You to Teddy’s Trust & some old soldiers for making it happen 💛💙
