Looks like you were a bit higher on your initial approach. As for tarmac probably never because the municipality and locals are against it. On top of that it does not see that much traffic so operating costs don’t really permit it as they are still paying off the loan from 2013 for renovations. The state is also not really interested and the last time they applied for EU funds they found out certain discrepancies that made them unavailable for EU funds. Which is besides the point since locals don’t want it.
