10. There was no flash at the muzzle at all. It all came out the breech with no eye protection.

14. I don’t think the problem is the device, it’s more the fact that he used a live bullet. 

    He just fired a bullet in to an explosive.

20. I feel like maybe the grenade didn’t explode but rather it just refused to move and the makeshift barrel maybe exploded.

    I feel like the explosion would have been a little bigger and that they’re would have been a lot more shrapnel.. along with the dude falling down instead of walking down.
