Would ye not find something real to complain about?
I like the wiggly arms
There’s 1 person in my life who has that exact mentality. Vehemently against wfh.
Get a moooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrtgaaaaaaage
It is not bad, but I do miss office and craic at office. We had really low turnover prepamdemic, during pandemic most are left me including. Going work was actually fun. Now from home it is just same boring serious stuff without the fun.
Feels like you would be outsourcing yourself eventually. No need for big business to expand globally with massive multi million buildings to house employees if they can just operate from a small HQ and hire a cheaper workforce elsewhere.
How is it so hard to understand that not only is there some businesses that work better in the office, but that there’s a lot of people who actually prefer not to WFH?
I’ve enjoyed WFH and I plan to try to keep it up as much as possible but it became clear over the last two years that there is just no decent substitute for people being in the same room. I fully expect to work a hybrid model from now on.
