California unemployment fund ‘insolvent’ due to $55B fraud, businesses to pay

   So put employers out of business and increase spending. That should get them out of this financial mess caused by spending too much.

   Can you imagine being a small business owner, already struggling to keep the lights on, and now, this?

   So it’s known what happened, when, and who oversaw it, yet nothing is being done except screwing over businesses.

   This is not going to end well for CA’s economy.
