Barcelona have sent a first offer for 16 y.o Belgian CB Jorthy Mokio. He plays for KAA Gent. The club is waiting for his decision and they are optimistic. Man City and Roma are also interested in him.

1. Mokio was also in Barcelona to watch the Barça vs PSG champions league game. Basically every big team in europe you can think off is interested in signing him, but Barcelona, City and Roma are trying the most. RB Leipzig also offered him a contract but he rejected that. Mokio said that his absolute dream club is Barcelona in an interview 2 months ago.

   As a Gent fan, I’d be very sad to see him leave, but happy he chooses Barcelona at least. If it was up to Mokio himself he’d stay in Gent but his family who act as his agent wants him to go to a bigger team already.
