  1. Nechápem prečo trvá na tom, že treba použiť hrubú soľ. Však sa to tak či tak rozpustí a výsledkom je slaná voda, nie?

    Inak to vyzerá fajn ako recept.

  2. Carbonara with rigatoni looks and feels weird. It works much better with spaghetti, also for the part where you mix pasta with grease from guanciale. Also I dont think you need to remove all guanciale from the pan when you mix it with pasta. Just as much as you want to use for garnish.

    Thumbs up for De Cecco pasta, pecorino and guanciale.
