The two yellow stripes indicate a suit from an Oberleutnant zur See (OF-1). I am not a collector or anything like that so I don’t know if it is worth anything, BUT it’s not uncommon to be able to buy old used Bundeswehr stuff in shops, and they are not expensive to buy.
