As predicted, UCAV and CUCAV systems are critically important and of major concern to both sides. Having a datum point that Russian jammers are improvised is good, as is the data that that drones accounted for 2/3 of recent tank kills and 3/5 of all attacks.
The title is a little overblown. To win drone war? C’mon now, it’ll help Ukraine for sure but not win the drone war. Both sides will adapt and make improvements accordingly.
