Yeah, I remember getting a Shiny Kabutops from a pack I got from my grandma’s local post office. It had a 3 star rarity icon. That was my ticket out of this country and into a cushty Friends style NY apartment, thought 13 year old me.
I got my jeans dirty building a tree house that afternoon and bunged them in the wash with the card in my back pocket. Turns out soapy water is super effective against both Kabutops and my dreams.
Need to do an updated list
I recently started trying to fill in my old collection, now I’m 2 shy of completing the original 151!
Maybe I’m being thick but what is that a list of? (I know you said cards, but what sort of cards?) Some of the words make sense to me but a lot of them I can’t make head nor tail of
I have a load of old pokemon cards, where can I get something like them evaluated?
Oh man you’re lucky. I lost all mine from house moves, had a complete set as a kid and would be worth a fortune now. Wish I’d taken better care of them.
One saving grace is I still have my comics and Dragonball stuff from the late 90s early 00s.
It’s sucks that they are so expensive now , I’d genuinely love to have them all just for nostalgia purposes but I’m not paying a fortune…
