I was only taking a picture of the plant to try and appreciate all the beautiful colours in the garden and Barry B. Benson decided to hog the limelight


Away from work with severe stress etc, managed to drag myself out of the house earlier and within five minutes I’d captured this little guy on my phone!

  1. Nature is healing, get out in it as much as you can. Stop and look at the flowers, just stop and breathe! It’s beautiful.

    Nothing we humans can create will ever come close to the splendour of nature nor the healing powers of it.
