2. Is this employers over a specific number of workers? All salaried workers? Just seeing if loopholes exist or if this is pretty black and white. Work over 40 hrs salaried at $58.6k or under must be paid overtime? Or is there more to it?

   Laborers are losing water breaks in high temperature environments and child labor laws are being rescinded left and right.
