Betalt permisjon dag for land – bemerkelsesverdig

  1. 97% or something of norwegian workers have 25 days though. No idea why the law says 21 days. 25 is standard.

  2. Permisjon. That word feels strange to me. The similar word in Swedish permission is a military term. Is it just generally day off in Norwegian. At least I’m only aware of it being used in military terms

  3. I researched this topic about a decade ago, and at the time, the average paid days off in the US was about 12 days per year. Most of Europe was around 35, and Italy had about 42 paid days off per year. US workers are getting screwed up the butt without lubrication.
