I read a news article recently about a conservative MP in Devon 'allegedly' (anyone could have done it) buying the domain names of his opposition and forwarding them to his campaign website.

Decided to take a look at the London Mayoral candidates and it appears that the same thing happened pretty quickly after the news story with domains forwarded to either the Russian gov's English language site or the conservative candidate:

Rob Blackie (Liberal Democrats)

Nick Scanlon (Britian First):

Amy Gallagher (Social Democratic Party)

Howard Cox (Reform UK)

Brian Rose

  1. It might be worth reporting this to nominet who administer the `.uk` TLD, they can refer the complaint to the relevant body and is it’s found to be illegal (I have no idea on what grounds though), they can at least remove the `*.uk` ones
