Is €165,50 a good price to start a business compared to other EU countries?

  1. The vat part you can very, very easily do yourself for free. No reason to pay anyone to do that for you. All in all I think €105,50 is a reasonable price.

  2. Is it really useful to create a company without going to the “notaire” to finetune the details and do some of the publications work?

  3. Also, go to an accountant first. Social secretariats are a money pit.

  4. I payed double so they’d fill in everything for me cause I was lazy

  6. I remember when I was studying we were taught that it cost 1 euro to open a company. You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when it was a requirement to have like 18.5k EUR on your business bank account for reserves for operating the business…

  7. And u need to pay again to close like 60€ or something, well i only know from someone who had a euhm snackbar (frituur) for a year and had to pay a few dozen euros to close it again.

  8. Pretty sure you can subtract this as costs anyway, I don’t think it’s such a large sum
