imo and not onlyfrom bias xavi is the best coach we've had since Enrique.
the guy not only has no experience coaching in Europe, not only he came at a disastrous stage for the club, not only he has few experienced players and world class talent to work with, and he's the only coach since 2008 that didn't have messi a player that has the capability to restart a match and put the team on track, but yet he still managed to win us the league, and take us to the quarter finals of ucl, through hardship and injuries.
i ve always loved xavi cause i love barca and he loves barca, and we should be happy about this decision and support our coach (but change the staff tho).

I’m happy he’s staying, but I only want him to be happy he’s staying.
Something that stood out to me from the press conference was where he said, and I’m paraphrasing, “we lost our title contentions in 4 days.” That’s all it took. In 4 days our season went from optimistic to deflated. If one or two things were slightly different, things could’ve been very different.
A few missed chances scored, a couple less injuries (mainly Gavi), a bit of luck with some calls and this could’ve been our 2nd la liga in 2 years. It’s still not over yet, but a couple more points here or there could’ve been very different.
But the project isn’t finished yet, and nor is Xavi. We’re moving in the right direction. Even after the last week we’ve had I still feel optimistic and I’m glad that we have a manager that bleeds Barca at the helm.
Love Xavi as always. Wait until we lose a couple of matches and this sub will call for his head. Such pathetic fanbase.
The tactical maturity they showed in a lot of games in the past couple of months give me hope.
The PSG games and the Real Madrid games showed that if they get more consistent, mentally stable, they can achieve a lot.
They have a core of young players who he promoted, and has a close relationship with.
Funilly enough, while watching the last games, and the season slipping away from them, I was reminded of The Last Dance.
There is a point where the Bulls were losing for years to Boston, and then the Detroit Pistons. They matured, hit the gym, were more hungry, they matured and went to win a lot of trophies afterwards.
Call me naive, but I see huge potential in the team.
this sub is like a pregnant woman, with insane mood changes
The most important is that Xavi loves us and we love him. The way we play is secondary. And our results tertiary.
