Did we use up our weekly ULEZ posts quota yet, or nah?
I’m absolutely outraged that my family and I get to breath clean air!!
It’s unacceptable. I want smog!
It’s not just ULEZ. Modern petrols (even putting hybrids aside) got better for efficiency while modern diesels need lots of pollution controls to make Euro 6. People making shorter, slower journeys like those in London also tend to run into issues with those systems on diesels. But yes, ULEZ has got a lot of older diesels out of London, hence the lower fuel sales.
It’s actually insane how many E Vehicles are in central London now. Very good.
