  1. Do parents in other countries never allow their kids a sip of wine at Christmas or new years?

  2. How can they say worst when we’re top of the leaderboard? People love to shit on our accomplishments

  3. “The UK has the *best* rate of child alcohol consumption in the world”

    Fixed it

  4. I agree 50% is embarrassing. Let’s get it up to 90%, lads!

  5. Highest rate of underage drinking, you’ll never sing that

  6. You’re telling me that French kids wait until they’re 18 before they try their first sip of wine? Bullshit.

Trying alcohol at 13 could mean they had a glass eggnog at Christmas once.

  7. True Barry’s start drinking at 8, at 13 they’re balconing pros

  8. Britannia may rule the waves, the sea is our bitch!💪🇳🇱

  9. I don’t blame the brits kids getting drunk at such young age. After all any man would stay drunk af if they have to live with that food and weather. Plus there is no ~~invading~~ colonising to do anymore. Which mean they can only date brits women and well that just kinda sad. No wonder they wanna get and stay drunk af asap.

  10. what about the russians? those are born with alcohol in them

  11. My Mario stepdad has been feeding me lies my entire life. He was adamant that Italians and French allow their children to drink watered wine from quite a young age.

  12. Huh? I thought that was normal? Usually around 14 you try your first beer with your parents and think its awful until you start binge drinking it at 16…

  13. Ah yes finally someone drinks more than us.

Seems the trend is changing here and we no longer have 65% of our 15 year olds that drink in 2020. Think we are down to only 40-45% of 15 year olds that drink now.
Good on you Brits for drinking more than us.

At least it’s not 1998 where 3/4 of 11 year old boys had tried alcohol.

You can read the ESPAD reports to find the numbers.

  14. come on, we probably taste red wine as kid/toddlers almost

  15. Kind of stupid metric. My parents gave me a sip of a glass of wine or two when I was like 10, but I’ve never actually gone out of my way to drink ever since. Does that count as me drinking before 10, even if it was parent pressure?

  16. Worst ? Seriously. Half a lager when your 7 with ya Dad is just good parenting. Southern Europeans do the same with Wine .
