Had a little health scare so my wife insisted I not have my usual marmite, butter and bread sandwiches. So avocado, marmite, and high fibre tortilla wraps it is. Actually tastes nice, especially with a bit of everything bagel seasoning!

You’ll soon get fed up of eating Linda McCartney style foods which contain more calories than a basic bacon & egg butty.
Hmmm, not sure white flour tortillas are much better for you than your regular bread. You want to switch to wholegrain bread.
Great adaptation adding the avocado!
Avocados are still very fatty, even if they aren’t the worst sort of fat, so be aware of taking in all those calories, if your weight is an issue: and their health benefits might have been exaggerated:
>avocados do lower cholesterol, but only by a vanishingly small, clinically irrelevant amount
I’ll never forget when my boss told me he was trying to lose weight so he’d switched from two pieces of toast (200 calories) to two large wraps (400 calories) with Nutella for his breakfast.
Hope you’re feeling better but I’ll be honest, this sounds grim haha!
Can’t you just switch to brown bread and low cholesterol spread eg Flora Proactiv?*

I had insane high cholesterol. Cut out dairy, booze, white bread and red meat and it dropped straight to normal. But my levels were all virtually diet based.
Oats and fruit for breakfast.
Salads and soup and hummus for lunch
Chicken or fish with fresh cooked veg and small portion of potato.
Quit a change and I don’t always stick to it but I’d rather live healthier and see my daughter grow up than suffer complications down the line.
There’s being healthy, and there’s hate crime…
Is marmite good for you, mum says it is. I have it most mornings. Try a bagel with marmite and mango chutney toasted, when you’re not dieting…
get ready for the blood pressure scare coming soon with that amount of sodium.
I’m got indigestion looking at that.
Next up: high blood pressure
Honestly I think I’d choose death at that point.
