I certainly call for violence by the police against violent people but only enough to subdue and disperse.
Keep filming but don’t hinder police actions.
The moment they forbid you from filming at all is the moment you should worry.
If they are going after one specific guy, out of a bunch, who was already running away, I assume that he did something bad enough to warrant an arrest.
But if he did something that bad, why is he already out, talking to the press today?
I saw the video and the interview with the guy. He was on his way to pick up his gf from the supermarket because she was scared to walk home alone bc of the riots. Cops pretty much just beat him up and arrested him.
I’ll wait for more info before I form an opinion, but so far it’s not a good look for the cops.
How convenient the start of the video was cut off.
I’m sure this guy’s word is nothing but the truth.
