1. The judges first order of business was to explain to the jury why the last thing the defense said yesterday was bullshit. Great stuff.

2. I want to believe that something, ANYTHING will come out of this trial, but Trump’s legal issues are feeling more and more like kayfabe.

   At this rate, he’s going to die of old age and get an aircraft carrier named after him before any actual consequences happen.

I imagine he will explain this away as “people weren’t allowed to come and support me and were kept away”. Interesting that the other day a 13 year old who was off school was first in line to sit in the court to watch, and he expressed surprise that there were only 12 other people waiting to go in (except for the court reporters)

20. Imagine your husband misses your birthday because he’s too busy appearing in a criminal trial about his interference in a presidential election related to money he paid to a porn star to cover up the sex he had with said porn star while you were pregnant.

    But, in reality, he bought and killed because he didn’t want others to run the story and embarrass Trump.

22. We need to find out the real dirt Pecker has on Trump. That is the only reason why Trump is refusing to attack this witness.

    Good for Pecker to clarify that MC didn’t specifically state his intent to put pressure on Trump. MC is going to be the one to start laying out the criminal aspects of this case, need him to be viewed as a trustworthy witness (tall task due to MC’s prior misgivings)

33. Question from Europe: Suppose (for the sake of argument) that all Trump’s arguments are 100 % accepted; so he is totally immune from criminal prosecution and that Jan 6 was not a problem and so on.

    Would that not mean that the same rules would apply to Joe Biden ?

    So Biden could simply stay in The White House after a chaotic election where everybody says it was stolen by either candidate; direct all prosecutors to “hunt down” all Biden enemies; remove Fox News’ broadcasting license ? And keep prosecuting Trump for the rest of his life ? And similar prosecution. for Trump’s friends and family ?

    Kamela Harris can simply take over when the time comes.

34. – Why does showing a pattern of paying for press help trump?

    – Yesterday they revealed that other celebs like Arnold did this too. Is that supposed to be shocking because I assumed this was happening all over the place , not just with the national inquirer.

    This is the defense putting distance between Trump and how the payment to Cohen was classified.

    If I **hire a fucking hitman**, killing people is “business as usual” for him. **If I hired him to kill a political rival that might run against me**, it doesn’t matter that it’s “business as usual” for the hitman- I still hired him to solve a political problem for me.
