In addition to sponsoring soldiers for gear, donors can also sponsor flights for soldiers to travel to Ukraine! Protect A Volunteer has a flights program where we connect volunteers with donors who use their airline miles to book flights to or from Ukraine.
Because we only assist volunteers who have previously served in Ukraine, and verify their military unit or NGO is welcoming them back, you can be assured your airline miles are supporting someone who is qualified to make the orcs’ lives a bit difficult 😊
We match you directly with the volunteer and use your airline points to book their flight. Airlines that are especially useful are United, American and Delta but we can work with other airlines too!
