  2. This right here already speaks to the strategic calculus. This is going to royally fuck Russian logistics should they be permitted to be used on Russian soil.

    Translation: “we made a politically embarrassing, strategically disastrous miscalculation by denying ATACMS to Ukraine under false pretenses. We’re now providing ATACMS, under a rationale that won’t get our ‘escalation manager’ called out for incompetence.”

  4. This is because the new replacement PRsM systems started rolling out to the US Army last December.

    ATACMs are now obsolete for domestic purposes. Fucking awesome for Ukraine!
