  1. Course she has! Nobody has access to funds for legal action quite like terfs or antiabortion activists.

Edit: quick google for what she said of course she’s repeatedly calling trans and queer people “nonces”, what a charmer!

  2. Makes sense, having opposing views to someone should automatically prevent you from watching football 🤔

  3. Idiot raises money to sue private company who barred them. What a waste of time. Just don’t go to the footie.

  4. Yeah best to keep transphobic scum like her out of the sport. And any sport for that matter

  5. >> “They have basically used the ultimate spying power of the Premier League to delve so far into my life.”

Mate they looked at the pictures you posted publicly on Twitter.

  6. “They have basically used the ultimate spying power of the Premier League to delve so far into my life.”

I didn’t know the Premier League was a branch of MI5

    It’s one for /r/brandnewsentence

  7. Apparently she feels claustrophobic, I wonder what the people she’s speaking about feel when she spews her hate?

  8. whomever has given her cash is as bad as her, a transphobe, and isnt a true geordie. Hate has no place in our club

  9. > The Premier League had collected images from her social media showing where she walked her dog, she added.

    > “They took a street image of the very park that I walked him around,” she said.

    > “They have basically used the ultimate spying power of the Premier League to delve so far into my life.”

So… They looked at the information you freely chose to post online and make public?

  10. I’m shocked by the support for the Premier league here.

This is nuts. What’s next? McDonalds to ban anyone who posts about animal rights. Cineworld to ban anyone who is friends with Frankie Boyle on Facebook?

And talk about one rule for the rich and another for the average Joe, the club is owned by Saudi Arabia.

Really surprised the the general sentiment here. Usually I have a fair idea of which way the crowd will go but not this time.

  11. based on what she tweeted, 1 out of the 5 things had any sort of grounds. i agree with the prospect of having their own sports so they can’t have biological advantages or disadvantages to other competitors.

but it’s just dumb to call all trans people nonces/paedophiles. she’s someone who’s really been radicalised by, presumably, right-wing content to believe that trans people are pushing this onto children as some mass scale operation. as far as i know, it’s rare to see a transgender child to a transgender adult.

transgender adults or adults who push transgender ideologies onto their children is bad, the same as if an adult pushed Christian ideologies onto their children. children cannot consent and should not have any sort of alteration in medicine or surgery until 18. cross-dress if you want, that harms nobody, including yourself.

it does bring the question on what grounds NUFC/PL get to utilise their consumers’ data, considering the tweets did have no affiliation with NUFC or the PL. in the end, by technicality, she did have an opinion, albeit a horrendous wrong which was so far factually & morally incorrect, and what grounds should private businesses constitute what opinions people are allowed to have? if she was at the stadium doing this, then i could see the incentive for a ban. however, despite this, i do support the ban.

  12. “Fifteen thousand pounds!”
