I just wanted to ask what are the electric motorcycle regulations are in germany as in like minimum age to ride them and if i need a drivers license and to register it and such. The motorcycle will be around 80 ps with 950 nm of torque, the battery size is around 6.5 kwh. and if i need a motorcycle license what level would i have to get

This doesn’t look like it’s street legal in Germany. Does it have proper lighting and indicators? 80ps will need a full a1 motorcycle license.
