very unlikely that there is one. there aren‘t many PC Hardware retail stores remaining in Germany and the probability of one having this very specific fan is extremely low.
You could try MediaMarkt/Saturn or an expert. Maybe they have them on stock or can order them. But ordering at computeruniverse, cyberport or alternate if available would be the best. Maybe also Amazon.
