  1. Usually I find these things cringe, but I have to say you’ve done an amazing job. It’s really well put together. Very interesting.

  2. Looks mega, apart from the R.Sigs stuff. Dirty Scaley 😉

  3. Saw your name, any reference to gurkhas? Was lucky enough to know many of them. Freaking TOP people.

Read the other replies, you might want to edit your post wording to explain. My mind went the same way everyone elses did but I apologise for that. Anyone else reading please give the OP an upvote, its not a display of the nazi flag, its a display of WW2 memoriblila. Nothing more.

  4. Am I right that the tractor pulls a captured tank/apc (it still has Z symbol, however it has Ukrainian flag now)?

  5. Tractor pulling the capture Russian tank is muah *chefs kiss*

  6. That German? helmet is quite eerie but fascinating. Is it an actual found item, or have you painted it as such?

  7. This is surprisingly tasteful, especially so for a ‘nerd’ room. However I think having *two* union jack flags (and the football club scarf) are a bit much, though. (I’d get rid of the carpet one as it’s a bit weird to walk over something one cares about.)

I was also taken back by the swastika and the helmets. I can see their use in context, but I think it’s understandable that one would find them unusual. Whenever I’ve seen people doing WW2 reinactments the people cosplaying as Germans always seem a little *too* in to it.

The actor Peter Cushing was in to painting toy soldiers and HG Wells even wrote a book about them called Little Wars.

Here’s Cushing. Your rooms are more similar than dissimilar.
