  2. *Knocking on wood* The mocking of Trump in speeches and rallies by Biden the past few weeks feels like another positive turning point by his campaign. In 2016, any slight, joke, or attack made against Trump would immediately be met with him running in front of microphones to “counterpunch.” The media would breathlessly cover it and Trump’s willingness to fight dirtier than his opponent worked to his advantage. In 2024, most of Trump vitriol is going to judges and prosecutors and he’s letting Biden walk all over him.

  3. It’s all a bit sad really. We’re watching two octogenarians slinging what they think after clever zingers at each other, and both are awkward as hell.

  4. Trump keeps saying the gag order is restricting his freedom of speech, Trump could respond to this as it’s not trial related but is he too distracted?

  5. If the Supreme Court submits to Trump and gives presidents immunity, this could be a literal headline in the near future.

    Of course they will not give presidents immunity. They will find a way to make this only applicable to Trump.

    Also Joe Biden is a decent human being, so it would not happen.

    Finally Trump hates seeing blood, so it would be some fanatic ordered to do the skewering.

    But all of it still feels so unreal
