I’m selling a few items on FB marketplace and I’m receiving messages from different profiles about using a delivery service to collect the items.
It’s been a long time since I’ve sold items on FB in Luxembourg, but I’ve always met in person to do the exchange.
My intuition tells me that this is probably not legitimate, but since it’s been years since last using FB marketplace, I wanted to check if anyone here has actually successfully done something like this?

You are correct, it’s a scam. It happens a lot on Marketplace
ETA: it works like this: They’ll tell you that they will send you the money with a courrier. They will tell you that the envelope has to be insured by you because it is cash but you shouldn’t worry because they have added the insurance money to the envelope. Then they will give you a (fake) link to the website of the courrier requiring your credit card info.
With all the payment methods available nowadays sending cash via courier is a really laughable attempt 😂
