Hello Reddit! I am extremely stressed out because I just realised I do not have an updated passport, and I'm a dumbass who forgot the UK isn't EU anymore. And I have a train in three days (effectively two, it is sunday night rn).
Tomorrow, as soon as it opens, I am calling the urgent call center I found here (I am in Vaud). Will I be able to get a meeting and a temporary passport the same/next day? I've never had to ask for one before, idk how fast it goes. Can I go there anyway and ask at the desk if I don't have a meeting?
If they won't take me in time, will I be able to get one in Geneva? It is close to me, but I don't know if I can go to another canton.
I am lost, and have no idea if I will be able to take my train in two days. Thanks.

Yes you will be able to get a temporary passport. Make sure to bring your travel plans with you as well as your expired passport. You can also get it directly from the federal police at any Swiss airport
