at the end of February I signed contract with them and since then I have not received any receipts per Post and they haven't withdraw money from my bank account. Is it normal?

  2. The screenshot shows you have an initial credit (“Startguthaben”) of 100€.

    You should receive itemized bills every month. Very likely they will not send paper bills to your physical mailbox, but only send you an e-mail (possibly to new e-mail account Vodafone gave you, rather than to your existing account). You can also check the “MeinVodafone” app or website, the bills should be available there as well.

    For now, the bills probably state that the monthly fee is paid out of that initial credit. You will have to actually pay something only after these 100€ are used up.
