  2. I don’t see a good reason for Leverkusen not to win it again next season provided they keep their players.

    Worst thing to happen to them would be their talent gets raided by PScumG or Real Madrid, who will bench them and kill their careers.

  3. they won their first trophy ever . I expect them to be humble and respectful. This cocky behaviour is getting on my nerves. So basically our 11 year of consecutive dominance means nothing as soon as they won their first one. Despite being undefeated they were not able to break our record.   5. Hopefully this will fire up our players. If this isn’t motivation for them, they just need to leave at this point.

Leverkusen definitely deserved to win the title this year and also will be very competitive next year but the way they won couple of games and avoided a lot of losses in the Rückrunde isn’t sustainable. Their luck will eventually run out. Let them have their success this year and celebrate the deserved title but next year I fully believe whoever the coach will be our team will be fired up and get back on top of the league as it belongs!
